With a background studying in Belgrade, Serbia, specializing in London’s “Ritz”, and gaining experience in high-end restaurants in Montenegro, Chef Komnen was now the third year in a row awarded with a michelin plate. He is an astute chef, and also a passionate teacher of gastronomy. At B-Restaurant, he breathes new life into classic Slovenian cuisine.
